Cancellation Policy

To secure your desired date and time for a birthday party, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours before the event. Cancellations are non-refundable, but with at least 7 days' notice, we can attempt to reschedule, subject to availability. Any changes to the event details should be made at least 7 days in advance. Please inform us of the expected number of guests 48 hours prior to the event. All guests must adhere to our center's rules. We are not liable for personal injury or loss.
