How our party rentals work
Simple, DIY and done in four steps. Here’s everything to know before you book.
Pick your date & rentals
Use our booking form or message us on Facebook with your date, town, guest count and the items you want.
Lock it in
We confirm availability and send your rental agreement and a Stripe invoice. The signed agreement plus your refundable deposit secures your date.
Porch pickup Friday
We send the St. Charles pickup address and instructions. Check your items against the condition sheet before you set up.
Return Monday
Bring everything back clean and complete. Your deposit is refunded within 5 business days.
Frequently asked questions
How long is a rental?
Rentals are for the whole weekend: pick up Friday and return Monday, all for one flat price. Need different days? Just ask.
How do I reserve my date?
Send us your date and items. Once we confirm availability, your date is secured with a signed rental agreement and a refundable security deposit.
How much is the security deposit?
25% of your rental total, with a $25 minimum. It’s refunded within 5 business days after your rentals are returned and checked. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Where do I pick up?
From our porch in St. Charles, IL 60174. We send the address and pickup instructions after your deposit is received, and you message us to set your pickup and return times.
How do I pay?
We send a secure invoice through Stripe. You can pay by card or Google Pay.
Is sales tax included?
Prices are listed before tax. Sales tax is added to rentals; refundable security deposits are not taxed.
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order is $20.
Are you insured?
Yes. Confetti & Company Events is fully insured.
Do you deliver?
Most rentals are DIY porch pickup in St. Charles, but delivery is available for an extra fee. Just ask when you book. For the Bloom Bar, we can also set up and take down.
How do I know everything is there?
Every rental is inspected and goes out with a condition check sheet. Look it over before you set up so everything is accounted for.
What if something comes back dirty or late?
Please return everything clean and on time. A $20 cleaning fee applies to items returned dirty, and late returns may be charged up to $20 per day.
Do you do school, church, company or block party events?
Yes! For larger events we offer a bigger Nerf war event package, and you can add yard games, snack machines and more, with delivery available. Email info@confetticoevents.com with your date, location and expected guest count, and we’ll send you a quote.
Do you serve my town?
Yes! Because rentals are porch pickup in St. Charles, you can take them anywhere. Customers come from Geneva, Batavia, Elburn, Campton Hills, South Elgin, Aurora and beyond.
